Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Club (ages 11-18)

ALL MONIES PAID TO UNITED SPORTS ACADEMY FOR CLUB ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Club participants will be required to sign a Fees and Payment Agreement. The undersigned Parent acknowledges and agrees that the entire amount of the Total Club Season Fee shall be due and payable by the undersigned, either by lump sum or installments, to United Sports Academy, no matter the player’s status with the team during the season. The Total Club Season Fee includes the "Deposit” and the “Remaining Balance” of Total Club Season Fee after “Deposit" is paid. For Club, a $650 Non-refundable “Deposit” is due immediately after a position is accepted and payable on your Katy United Account.

KU Starlights & Mini-Stars

At Katy United, we understand that plans can change. To help us properly staff and plan for our programs, we have established the following refund policy: • Cancellations made more than one week prior to the player's start date are eligible for a refund of the membership fee, minus a $50 administrative fee. • Cancellations made within one week of the player's start date are NOT eligible for a refund of the membership fee. • Parents may cancel their KU Starlights Academy or Mini-Stars membership at any time by notifying Tiffany Dagley in writing at TiffanyD@katyunited.com • Upon cancellation, all future auto-payments will be discontinued, and no additional charges will be processed. • No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued for previously billed membership payments, missed practices, or unused program participation. • If Katy United is unable to hold a scheduled program due to unforeseen circumstances, Katy United will determine whether a makeup session, credit, or alternative accommodation will be provided. This policy allows us to maintain appropriate staffing, facility scheduling, and program quality while providing flexibility for participating families.

Summer Camps

Cancellations made more than one week before the camp/clinic start date: Eligible for a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made within one week of the camp/clinic start date: No refunds will be issued. If Katy United is unable to hold the program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility closures, weather, etc.), a credit will be issued for future use, valid until August 8, 2026. NO REFUNDS ON UNLIMITED SUMMER PASS Please note that tryout fees for club volleyball are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than one week before the tourney date: Eligible for a refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made within one week of the tourney date: No refunds will be issued. If Katy United is unable to hold the tourney due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility closures, weather, etc.), refunds will be issued.

KU Mini-Stars Academy

At Katy United, we understand that plans can change.
