Our KU Sunday Skills Series is designed to provide focused, position-specific training in a competitive environment where players are challenged to improve each week. Athletes train within their age group and position while building confidence, refining technique, and preparing for the upcoming season.
This is not just another clinic. Our progressive training model builds week after week, allowing players of all skill levels to improve while challenging higher-level athletes with increasing intensity throughout the fall.
📅 Sundays | August 2 – November 1 (No training Sept 6 - Labor Day Weekend)
*Ages 15s–18s | 12:30 PM – 1:45 PM
- Hitting & Blocking (Pins & Middles)
- Setting
- Passing (DS/Libero)
- Final 15 Minutes: Serving for All Participants
- Please indicate the player's primary position during registration.
*Ages 11s–14s | 1:45 PM – 3:00 PM
- Hitting & Blocking (Pins & Middles)
- Setting
- Passing (DS/Libero)
- Final 15 Minutes: Serving for All Participants
- Please indicate the player's primary position during registration. You may choose unsure.
*Players will train with their appropriate age group. Please select the correct division when registering.
PRICING (2 options)
💥 All-In Fall Skills Pass — $399
- 13 Sundays of training
- Save $121 compared to drop-in pricing
🏐 Drop-In Rate — $40/session
- Registration is required for each individual date
💲 Acceptable payment options: ACH no fees applied or Credit/Debit fees applied. We do not accept cash, personal checks or AMEX
Training Details

📍 Open to KU/TWU club players and non-club players 11s-18s
📍 All skill levels welcome
📍Club-level training in a competitive environment
📍Bring water, wear athletic clothes, kneepads and athletic shoes.
📍The KU Gym is located at 25707 Field House Rd. Katy, TX 77494. We are behind Kohl's Department Store and HEB
📍All spectators must stay upstairs in the viewing area

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our KU Sunday Skills Series is a 13-week progressive training program designed to provide focused instruction, competitive reps, and meaningful development for athletes ages 11–18.
